Important information regarding payments
Early Bird registration payment is due by 24 October 2012. If we haven't received your payment by the 24th of October, the standard registration fee of ZAR 4 000,00 will apply.
All other registration payments are due by the 30th of October 2012. If we haven't received your payment by the 30th, your booking will be forfeited.

Delegate registration includes
• Registration for the main conference (lunch & coffee/tea breaks included).
• 1 Workshop per delegate.
• Conference & workshop material.
• Welcome function.
• Gala dinner incl. transport. Shuttles will depart from the Stellenbosch University Conservatoire. See 'Social Events' above.
Excluded from registration
• Accommodation and airport transfers.
• Transport between the conference venue (STIAS) and other venues (hotels, guest houses, etc.).
• Costs for an international transfer and bank charges will be for the delegate's own account.
• Excursions.
• All other costs not provided for elsewhere.

Registration terms and conditions
• Where an invoice is required, all registrations and payments must be made within 14 days of invoice.
• The registration form serves as a tax invoice. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued after payment has been received.
• One registration form per delegate is required.
• No onsite registrations or payments will be allowed.
• Registration closes on the 24th of October 2012. No late registrations will be allowed.
• Once we have reached the maximum number of delegates we can accommodate, registration will close.

- Cancellations received prior to 24 October 2012, will receive a refund with 25% deducted to cover administration costs.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations following 24 October 2012.
